My name is Yoseph Yacob and I am the founder and owner of Purely Process.  I am an accomplished professional with a majority of my experience focused on process improvement activities that directly impact client satisfaction.  I have a proven record of ability to develop and implement quality management systems (QMS), identify process improvement opportunities and execute them, conduct and communicate business gap analysis/evaluation, manage and facilitate audit programs (internal and external), and drive quality first approach throughout organizations.

The creation of Purely Process comes from the excitement I have in helping shape and improve how organizations manage and operate their business.  For the last 10 years my professional time and effort has been spent in Quality within the Aerospace & Defense industry.  During my time I have had the opportunity to support large original equipment manufacturers (OEM) as well as mid-sized second tier suppliers.  I recognized that my level of enjoyment increased based on the impact I had on the smaller to mid-sized organizations, so Purely Process was born. 

While my previous experience has been associated with the Aerospace & Defense industry, the process tools and approaches can apply to all industries and businesses (both service and product) that want to progress towards greater efficiency and effectiveness in all aspects of their operations.  With a fully developed quality tool box, I have the insight and skill to apply the appropriate approach to your unique business needs and drive the improvement you desire.
